Things are going really well and although I never expected to lose much this week while we have been on holiday at home - with Dad here - I have dropped 2 and 3/4 pounds to under the 12 stone mark - and that is with no runs this week - only gardening - must be better! So now the record is 11:13 and 168 pounds so all going in the right direction. I thik that is almost a stone and a half? Trousers very loose - could be a problem soon! We also went out to dinner on Friday evening so, all in all very pleased with the progress. Now have just today left to go in te garden before starting up again with school visits. This week to Ashford and Lincoln - not too bad. Geoff is away until Thursday in Blackpool and Guildford. Am beginning now to look forward to our summer holiday in June- not booked yet though!
